
Bottle Pets strives to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned for store credit only. Bottle Pets must receive the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, odor free, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. Items that are returned and don't meet the criteria above will not be processed and can be sent back to the customer with applicable shipping rates due to the customer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return/exchange.
To exchange or return an item, please contact sales@bottlepet.net, include the invoice number and reason for the return. You will be contacted within 48 hours with a return authorization number.
Shipping for exchanges is a flat rate of $4.99 for US and $14.99 for International. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. Bottle Pets will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Bottle Pets (see Undeliverable Packages for details). Bottle Pets will re-ship an order that is returned because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete at the customer's expense. If there is a problem with your order, please email customer support at sales@bottlepets.net. Some returns subject to re-stocking fee at management’s discretion.
