The Acme Group, Inc. requires all of our infant/baby products to be thoroughly safety tested at independent facilities and meet or exceed all applicable safety standards as defined by regulatory bodies in both the United States and Europe. The safety tests include, but are not limited to, testing of mechanical and physical properties, flammability, migration of certain elements such as heavy metals and total lead, and a stuffing cleanliness test. The Acme Group, Inc. adheres to safety legislation such as the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DNOP and DIDP) and California Proposition 65 (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, and DNHP), with special attention to the exclusion of Phthalates and lead from all products. The Acme Group, Inc. products are certified to ASTM F963 specifications on toy safety. All parties involved in the manufacture of The Acme Group, Inc. products are mandated to follow these statutory guidelines and to conduct all tests at independent, registered facilities.
